Maybe it’s just because I’m born and raised in the big city, maybe it’s because of the variety of people living there, maybe it’s just because the strange habits, maybe it’s because of the things to do, to see or just to have the possibility of ‘experience Amsterdam’ in all here brilliance.

My photo’s are at the highest landmark & observation deck of Amsterdam: The ADAM LOOKOUT. Get your tickets online and avoid the waitinglines!
At the ADAM LOOKOUT TOWER, opposite the Central Station, you can see Amsterdam as a bird. At almost 100 meters up in the sky at the obervation deck you’ll have an unrivalled panoramic view of Amsterdam.
You’ll see the city’s historical centre, its pulsating port, the unique Dutch polder landscape and you’ll spot the famous canals which belong to the UNESCO world heritage list. Complementing the experience will be a state-of-the-art interactive exhibition about Amsterdam’s history and culture.

I’m proud a number of my evening/night pictures are shown at the information panels in front of the windows at the ADAM Lookout. Don’t forget to be at the most sensational swing at the A’DAM observation deck!! Daredevils and thrill seekers will swing 100 meters above the ground, back and forth over the edge of the tower with Amsterdam below their feet. Hello. Me and my wife just got back home to Indiana, USA, from Amsterdam. It was my first time there in the summer, and I loved it. I just LOVE that city. I never tire of it’s beauty. Everytime you turn around, there is another breathtaking view. It was fun to see your photo’s taken on the days we were there. We got stuck in the downpour on the 16th. We had rain ponchos, so we had a good time of it. Thanks for the photo’s, and I just wanted to let you know you’re not alone in your love of Amsterdam

I and my husband have been in Amsterdam in august 2007. (unfortunately only for one week 🙁 ). I found your site when we turned back home, but I love it, and I found it really very useful. Next spring when we will visit amsterdam again and again , it will helpful for us. I love Amsterdam, and admire you. well I am 19! and I am just inloved with Amsterdam! I ve been in holland for 4 times and every time I’ ve been visiting amsterdam at least onces! I imidiately fell inlove with Amsterdam! I believe that there is no such place on earth just like it1 it was amazing! it is just something I can not explain! may be for it’s glory, because the mixture of cultures, or may be because of the mixture of the culture and the new open minded amsterdam! I really don’t know! I just hope I will live there some day!
P.S: I am really glad I foudn this website! Because I was searching for pictures of Amsterdam since the first tiem I was there adn here I have never seen better pictures then those here!:)
